Scaffolding structures have to bear lot of load in terms of weight and its movement from one place to other. So these structures require strong base plates which can handle the pressure and load to the great extents. All the activities of construction repair or paining of higher floors is done by standing on these scaffolding structures. So there is a necessity that it can carry the weight of workers as well as other raw material which is being used at the given time. The base plates are generally made from concrete or similar material which is hard enough. The usage of base plates is recommended on all types of ground surfaces. If the ground is uneven, then it is suggested that some sort of steps structure should be created with the help of base plates and then the structure can be erected on the strong base. By making steps structure, there are less chances of any damage to the base and it becomes more safe. If the ground is of mushy type, that is, the land is not firm enough then sole boards can be laid at the first level. These sole boards will give required strength to the scaffolding structure and it will remain stable even if the more weight is applied on it.
The construction of scaffolding structure goes parallel with the actual building construction. Although these are temporary ones, it does require the similar strength. At the same time, the structure must be easily accessible for workers and pulleys, cradles and trolley muse be provided after specific intervals. More number of pulleys and cradle will make the movement of workers and material faster and on the other hand, if any accident happens, then workers can rescue at the fast speed. This will surely avoid any un-necessary damage to lives of workers.
